SHIPPING & RETURNS

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and returned to us within 14 days.
• All Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging. Please take care when trying on swimwear and undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
• Your refund includes the cost of the product but not any shipping paid on the original order.
• Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.
• 1Ō8 SPORTIF cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. 
• Once the items have been received by us and inspected to ensure it is in it's original condition, you will receive an email regarding the approval for your refund or exchange request. Please allow 2-3 Business days for your return to be processed. 
• If you wish to make an exchange and the stock is not available a store credit will be offered as an alternative or a full refund.

Gift With Purchase

• One gift is included per customer regardless of the number of purchases during the offer period. Limited quantities available and offer is while stock lasts.
• Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund, and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost, damaged or stolen.
• Products purchased during the Promotion Period may be returned for a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Returned items will be refunded to the original method of payment used at checkout, at the price paid.
• In the event of an order being returned for a refund, the free gift will also need to be returned in it’s original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the return credit.
• The Gift With Purchase cannot be combined with other promotions.1Ō8 SPORTIF reserves the right, without prior notice, to (i) discontinue this offer/promotion at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of promotional redemptions online or in-store. We are not able to offer rain checks on items that are out of stock.

• Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the items.
• You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
• Domestic returns by regular post can take up to 7 days, while express post can take up to 3 days.

• We work hard to ensure all of our garments are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email info@108sportif.com

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

• FREE Express Shipping on all US orders over $150. 
• All purchases in stock will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• 1Ō8 SPORTIF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.
• Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

International Shipping 

• 1Ō8 SPORTIF provides international shipping to most countries using DHL express. Please check for availability at checkout.
• Customers should expect orders to arrive between 3-5 business days, depending on location.
